4. Proposal
We’ll send you our best quote by email, which will detail every single point: goals to achieve, program, activities/experiences, logistics, timings and budget.
5. Follow Up
We’ll schedule a follow up to discuss your questions and, if you need, we make the changes that you might want. We can tailor even more our proposal.
6. Booking
We’ll send you our agreement to sign. Here we start the execution plan: put holds on hotel rooms, restaurants, venues, excursion, transportation and staff.
7. Execute
